Terms of use
Edition of 2 November 2026
These terms describe how vocational education institutions ("schools") use the Masterly platform operated by ФОП Сидоренко Сергій Юрійович (the "developer"). Each school's site also has its own terms for students, parents and staff at /terms.
Connection
- A school is connected at its request. It points an address on its own domain to the platform server, and the developer creates a separate copy of Masterly with its own database and the first administrator.
- The school administration adds staff, students and groups and is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters and for having a legal basis to process it.
- The terms of personal data processing are set by a data processing agreement between the school and the developer.
Testing period
Masterly is currently in open testing. Features may change, and the developer will warn schools in advance about changes that affect their work.
Acceptable use
- Do not share passwords or access codes with other people.
- Do not upload files that violate the law, copyright or the rights of other people.
- Do not try to access other people's data, other schools' data or disrupt the platform.
Availability and liability
The developer makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform running, makes daily encrypted backups and installs security updates, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Official grades and records are those approved by the school administration.
Leaving the platform
A school may stop using Masterly at any time. On request the developer exports the school's gradebooks and data and then deletes its database, files and backups within the periods set by the data processing agreement.
Intellectual property
Masterly™, its code, name, logo, design and interface texts belong to the developer. Schools use the system with the developer's permission. Copying, modifying, decompiling or transferring the system without the developer's written permission is prohibited. School data belongs to the school.
Changes
The developer may update these terms. The new edition applies from its publication on this page. See also the Privacy policy.
